I’m Melinda Kretschmer, Founder and CEO of Admin Ally, with over 20 years of experience in higher education and operations support. Throughout my career, I’ve led and supported complex operational projects, strengthened internal processes, and partnered with leadership to improve efficiency, organization, and service delivery.


My expertise goes beyond traditional administrative support. I specialize in operational project management, including workflow optimization, systems implementation, process documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

I enjoy taking ideas from concept to execution; bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to projects that help organizations run more smoothly and scale sustainably.


I hold a Master’s degree from the University of South Florida, which has shaped my strategic approach to operations, policy analysis, and program coordination. As a Virtual Operations Partner, I support business owners, executives, and growing organizations by providing high-level administrative leadership, project oversight, and innovative solutions tailored to their goals.


I’m especially passionate about projects involving operations management, website and systems development, process improvement, and social media support.
